Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mema's Doll Shop. We take great care in curating and accurately describing every item in our collection. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the vintage and collectible nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. Some damage may not be visible to us if item is still in original packaging. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or is significantly different from its listing description, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund, store credit, or return for refund at our discretion.

Condition Transparency

We strive to provide thorough, honest descriptions and photos of every item, including any flaws, wear, or imperfections consistent with age. Please review all listing photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before buying — we're happy to provide additional photos or details. Items are vintage and have been in storage for a significant amount of time. Some damage may not be visible if item is still in original packaging.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in filing a claim with the carrier. 

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (including USPS, UPS, or FedEx), it is considered successfully delivered.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered.
